1. Giới thiệu

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dr.JOY All In Onebrowser extension (the “Extension”). The Extension is provided by Dr.JOY (“we”, “us”, “our”) to authorized users of the Dr.JOY system to help manage tasks, violations and related workflows directly from the browser.

2. Chấp nhận điều khoản

By installing, enabling or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and stop using it.

3. Điều kiện sử dụng

The Extension is intended for authorized employees, contractors and partners of Dr.JOY. Sign-in is restricted to accounts under the email domains @drjoy.vn and @drjoy.jp. You must have a valid, unrevoked Dr.JOY account to use the Extension.

4. Sử dụng hợp lệ

You agree to use the Extension only for its intended purposes. You must NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Extension, our servers or related infrastructure.
• Use the Extension to upload, store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Extension to circumvent security controls, scrape data at scale, or impersonate another user.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Extension without our prior written consent.

5. Tài khoản & xác thực

The Extension authenticates you via Google Sign-In using chrome.identity.launchWebAuthFlow. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

6. Quyền được extension sử dụng

The Extension requests only the permissions required for its functionality:

• storage — save local preferences and UI state on your device.
• identity — perform Google sign-in via chrome.identity.launchWebAuthFlow.
• contextMenus — add right-click entries to create tasks or violations from selected content.
• activeTab / scripting — read the current page context when you explicitly invoke a feature.
• sidePanel — display the Extension’s side panel UI.
• Host permissions— access Dr.JOY domains required for the Extension to communicate with the Dr.JOY system.

7. Nội dung người dùng & trách nhiệm

Tasks, violations, attachments, comments and any other content you create or upload through the Extension (“User Content”) remain your or your organization’s responsibility. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it complies with applicable laws and internal Dr.JOY policies.

8. Tóm tắt quyền riêng tư

Tóm tắt:

• We process only the data needed to run the Extension (authentication info, your work content, local UI settings, optional realtime notifications, technical metadata).
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
• Local settings stay on your device; work content is synced with the Dr.JOY backend.

9. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

The Extension relies on third-party services to deliver its features, including Google Identity (for sign-in), our API backend, and Supabase (for database and realtime notifications). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Miễn trừ trách nhiệm & giới hạn trách nhiệm pháp lý

The Extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr.JOY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension.

11. Chấm dứt

We may suspend or revoke your access to the Extension at any time if you violate these Terms, if your employment or authorization with Dr.JOY ends, or if required for security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Thay đổi điều khoản

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at the same URL and the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Extension after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
